    Join the SWWA Educational Committee members as they provide an overview of best practices for primary and MLF at small wineries.

    Exciting topics will include:

    1. when to harvest
    2. must amendments
    3. yeast selection (including non-Sacc yeasts),
    4. ML culture selection,
    5. nutrient requirements,
    6. SO2 control,
    7. ending the fermentation,
    8. stuck fermentations, and
    9. racking intervals

     When: Monday, August 17, 6-8PM

     Where: Buckeye Vineyards, 10604 NE 279th Street, Battle Ground

     Food/Wine: This is a potluck event, so please bring a dish and a bottle to share.
